This is a nice package, but I can’t figure out how to add a speeddial/transfer soft button so I can Park calls.

If the FreePBX Parking Lot module is installed a Park soft key should appear on the screen when a call is active. If works best if the Blind Transfer feature code is also enabled.

Thanks for the plugin! Do you have any method for bulk insertion of external lines? If I add the lines via SQL, is that sufficient?

No method for bulk insertion, but you can add them direct to SQL. The XML provisioning file is built on the fly from SQL when requested from the phone. Check back as I will be releasing version 2.11.0.8 in the near future which adds additional features.
